Requirements and Registration Procedures on the website www.tcgplayer.it

Each individual Store/Association must meet the following requirements in order to be registered and keep its registration active on the site www.tcgplayer.it:

- Carry out each individual sanctioned event, tournament and/or organized gaming activity in full compliance with the rules of the individual games. (Such violations include, for example, holding tournaments with false cards, proxies and/or inserting “ghost” players)

- Be in compliance with payments to its suppliers. Where there are reports from Distributors to Stores/Associations that have unpaid payment situations and/or ongoing legal actions, the tcgplayer.it staff reserves the right to exclude such Store/Association from the platform at its sole discretion.

- Having an active account on Gametrade Distribuzione (https://www.gametrade.it), the organizer who plays an event/tournament will receive kits directly from Gametrade Distribuzione, some of these kits have a cost, consequently only registered and active users on Gametrade Distribuzione can receive the kits

- The tcgplayer.it staff reserves the right to examine the registration of each individual Store/Association at the time of the request and to accept or reject it in an unquestionable manner.

- Violation of the rules by a Store/Association already registered may result in exclusion from the platform at the unquestionable discretion of the tcgplayer.it staff.

Tcgplayer.it is a private platform that hosts shops and associations that carry out organized gaming activities in order to promote the various supported games: no one can claim registration rights on this platform without the prior consent of the tcgplayer.it staff.
